On June 23, Joseph Orzo was riding his bicycle along Independence Parkway when a car struck him from behind.
The incident happened around 5am in the City of Frisco, and the driver of the car did stop, and he’s cooperating with the investigation. Mr. Orzo, 35, was wearing a helmet, but suffered severe head injuries. He is being treated at a local hospital, and is listed in critical condition.
